LandscapeCraft provides AI-powered landscape and interior design visualization tools. You can upload photos and receive AI-generated design renderings. The Service is currently offered free of charge.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must only upload photos that you own or have permission to use.
  • You must not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • You must not use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated designs are provided for your personal and commercial use. LandscapeCraftretains no ownership claim over your generated designs.

The LandscapeCraft brand, logo, website design, and underlying AI technology remain the intellectual property of LandscapeCraft.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will be architecturally accurate, structurally feasible, or suitable for construction. Designs are for visualization and inspiration purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

LandscapeCraft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated designs.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
