Terms of Service

1.1 Welcome to LandscapeCraft (the “Service”), available at https://www.landscapecraft.ai (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, buying credits or a subscription, or otherwise accessing it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy, and that you have the authority to accept them for yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.1 What we provide. You upload a photo of a yard, garden, building exterior, room or floor plan, choose a design style or describe a change, and the Service returns an AI-generated image showing a redesigned version. You can also remove or replace objects, create variations (another season, lighting or style), keep a history of your designs and create share links. The Service is a digital product delivered over the internet; nothing is shipped.

2.2 AI model. Images are generated by third-party AI models, not by us. We currently use Nano Banana 2 (Google) and GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI), chosen per type of design, accessed through a third-party AI model API provider. The availability, speed and behavior of the Service depend on those providers. If we change the underlying model, we will update this page. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with the model developer or the API provider.

2.3 Safety checks. The text you submit (for example additional instructions, object names or a custom prompt) is automatically checked before an image is generated, and the image model applies its own built-in safety systems. A request that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy is rejected and does not use a credit.

2.4 Your photos. You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, and that comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Photos can be up to 10 MB. The Service has no face-swap, voice-cloning or “nudify” features and is not designed for editing photos of people.

2.5 No account required. You do not need an account: the Service recognizes your browser through an anonymous device identifier, and your free designs, credits, history and subscription are linked to it. If you buy credits or a subscription you can add an email address to restore them on another device.

2.6 Availability. We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or remove features.

3.1 What we offer. We offer credit packs ($2.99–$24.99, one-time purchases) and monthly and yearly subscriptions (Plus and Pro). Plans, credit amounts and prices are shown on our Pricing page and again at checkout before you pay.

3.2 How credits are used. A design uses 1 credit. A variation (another season, lighting or style of the same photo) uses 1 credit each, and removing the watermark from a design made with free credits uses 1 purchased credit. The cost is shown before you press the button. Credits you buy are used before free credits. Credits never expire, including credits from a subscription that you later cancel.

3.3 Subscription credits. A monthly subscription adds its credits to your balance each time a monthly payment succeeds. A yearly subscription is charged once a year and adds twelve months’ worth of credits when the payment succeeds. A subscription does not need to be used up each month: credits that you have received stay in your balance.

3.4 Credit packs. Credit packs are a one-time purchase and do not renew. Their credits are added after payment and are not affected if you cancel a subscription.

3.5 Free and bonus credits. New visitors receive 2 free designs. You can earn bonus credits through features such as the daily check-in and inviting friends. Free and bonus credits have no cash value, cannot be refunded, and may be withdrawn or limited if we detect abuse (for example automated or multi-device claiming).

3.6 Watermark. Designs made with free credits carry a small LandscapeCraft.ai watermark. Designs made with credits you buy (a pack or a subscription) are created without it, and 1 purchased credit removes the watermark from a design you already made. Free and bonus credits cannot be used to remove a watermark.

3.7 Failed generations. If a design fails and no image is produced, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

3.8 Personal use. Credits and subscriptions are for your own use. Please do not sell or share them, or use several devices or identities to collect extra free designs or bonus credits.

4.1 Recurring billing authorization. By subscribing, you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method the price shown at checkout at the start of each billing period (every month for a monthly plan, every year for a yearly plan) until you cancel. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. If a renewal payment fails, it may be retried; if it cannot be collected, the subscription ends and no further credits are added.

4.2 Payment processor. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (“Waffo”), our payment processor and merchant of record. Waffo handles payment collection, receipts and invoices, applicable taxes and payment disputes, and we never receive or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your payment is also subject to Waffo’s own terms and privacy policy shown at checkout.

4.3 Price changes. We may change prices or plans. For an existing subscription, a price change applies from the next billing period after at least 14 days’ notice, and you may cancel before it applies. Credits you already hold are not reduced.

4.4 Billing questions. If you think you were charged incorrectly, email hello@landscapecraft.ai before disputing the charge with your bank. We reply within 2 business days.

5.1 You can cancel a subscription at any time from Manage subscription on the Credits page, which opens Waffo’s customer portal, or by emailing hello@landscapecraft.ai with your order ID. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you are not charged again and you keep the credits you have already received. Canceling does not affect credit packs.

6.1 Refunds for purchases made on this website are handled according to Waffo’s refund policy. Waffo Pancake is our payment processor and merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Waffo to your original payment method.

6.2 How to request a refund. Email hello@landscapecraft.ai from the address you used at checkout with your order ID and a short reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds usually reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6.3 Effect on credits. When a purchase is fully refunded, the credits it added are removed from your balance to the extent they have not been used.

6.4 Not refundable. Credits that have already been used, free designs and bonus credits are not refundable, and neither are payments for access that was ended because of a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

6.5 Your legal rights. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that you have under the law where you live and that cannot be waived.

7.1 Your inputs and outputs. You keep ownership of the photos and text you submit (“Inputs”) and are responsible for them. You give us a limited license to process them, including sending them to our AI and safety providers, solely to provide and secure the Service. As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, you own the images generated for you (“Outputs”) and may use them for personal and commercial purposes. Similar Outputs may be generated for other users, and AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in some countries.

7.2 For visualization only. Designs are AI-generated visualizations for inspiration. They are not architectural, engineering, horticultural or construction drawings; they may show plants that do not suit your climate, or features that are not structurally, legally or financially feasible. Budget and plant information on the site is general guidance. You are responsible for checking an Output, and for permits and professional advice, before you rely on or build from it.

7.3 Do not misrepresent. If you publish an Output (for example in a property listing, a quote or a portfolio), label it as an AI-generated rendering where the law or the platform requires it, and do not present it as a real photograph of completed work.

7.4 Our property. The Service, including its software, design, written content, example images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. Apart from your rights in Inputs and Outputs, we grant you only a limited, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.

8.1 You must use the Service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which lists the content we prohibit. In particular, you must not:

• create sexual, violent, hateful, child-unsafe, deepfake / impersonation or infringing content, or any other content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy;
• upload photos that you have no right to use, or photos whose subject is a person;
• try to bypass our safety checks or usage limits, for example by rewording prompts to evade filters or using multiple devices or identities;
• scrape the Service or attack, overload or reverse engineer it; or
• resell or share access to the Service, your credits or your subscription.

8.2 If you break these rules we may reject requests, remove content, limit or suspend your access, or end it, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. To report a violation, email hello@landscapecraft.ai.

9.1 When you create a share link, the before and after images of that design become viewable by anyone who has the link, and may appear in link previews on social networks. Share pages are marked “noindex”. Only share designs you are comfortable making visible, and do not share a design that includes someone else’s private information.

10.1 Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. It forms part of these Terms. We keep your photos and designs in your history until you delete them.

11.1 To the extent the law allows, the Service and all Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of Outputs or for outages at our third-party providers.

11.2 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, or for decisions you make based on an Output, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You will indemnify us against third-party claims caused by your Inputs, your use of Outputs or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.

12.1 Termination. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. If we end your access without cause or discontinue the Service, we will refund the unused part of your current subscription period and your unused credit packs.

12.2 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting the new version here with a new date. For material changes affecting paid plans we will give at least 14 days’ notice. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms; a change never reduces credits you already hold.

13.1 If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
