Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to upload, generate, request or distribute any of the following:

1. Sexual / NSFW content. Pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery, nudity for sexual purposes, and sexual text instructions.
2. Violence and gore. Graphic violence, gore, torture or mutilation, content that glorifies or incites violence, and content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
3. Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans or incites hostility or violence against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or other protected characteristics, including hate symbols used to promote hatred.
4. Child safety violations (CSAM). Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, and any content that exploits, endangers or grooms children. We report these cases to the authorities.
5. Deepfakes, impersonation and edits of real people. Content that imitates a real person’s face or identity, swaps faces, “undresses” or sexualizes a person in a photo, puts a real person in a fabricated scene or statement, or falsely claims to come from a real person, brand or organization.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement. Photos, plans or artwork you have no right to use, content that copies or closely imitates protected artwork, logos or brand identities, or that passes itself off as an official product or publication of a brand you do not represent.
7. Deceptive use of designs. Presenting an AI-generated rendering as a real photograph of finished work or of a real property’s condition, in order to mislead buyers, renters, clients, insurers or authorities (for example in a listing, a quote, a claim or a permit application).

1.1 Also not allowed. Content that promotes terrorism or mass violence, weapons instructions, scams, phishing, fake reviews or other fraud, deliberate disinformation presented as fact, or anything else that is illegal where you live.

1.2 Uploads. Upload only photos of yards, gardens, buildings, rooms and floor plans that you own or have permission to use (up to 10 MB each). Do not upload photos whose subject is a person, photos of minors, nudity, identity documents, license plates or other people’s private information, or photos of a property you have no right to photograph. The Service has no face-swap, “nudify” or voice features and is not designed for editing people; requests that try to use it that way are rejected.

1.3 No evasion. Do not try to get around our checks or limits, for example by coded or reworded instructions, prompt-injection techniques, or using multiple devices or identities.

2.1 How we check. Before an image is generated, the text you submit (for example additional instructions, object names or a custom prompt) is sent to an automated content-safety service (Waffo Prompt Sift). If it is blocked, nothing is generated and no credit is used. The image models we use, Nano Banana 2 (Google) and GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI), also apply their own built-in safety systems and refuse requests for harmful imagery. Uploaded photos are not scanned by Waffo Prompt Sift; we act on reports and may review content that is reported. Automated checks are not perfect: please report anything that slips through.

2.2 AI disclosure. All designs created by the Service are AI-generated. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with the provider of the underlying model.

2.3 Public content. The Service has no public gallery of user-generated designs, and we do not publish the designs you generate. A design is visible to others only if you create a share link (see our Privacy Policy); the examples in our gallery are made by us.

If you see content or behavior that breaks this Policy, or content that impersonates you or infringes your rights, email hello@landscapecraft.ai with the subject “Report abuse”. Please include a description, the time, and a link or screenshot if you have one. We review every report, reply within 2 business days, and treat anything involving children or immediate harm as urgent. Reports are kept confidential, and good-faith reports will not lead to any retaliation.

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may take one or more of these actions:

• a warning, or rejecting the request;
• removing the content, including disabling a share link;
• limiting generation or temporarily suspending the device and its credits;
• permanently ending access, with any remaining credits or subscription cancelled without refund;
• reporting to law enforcement where the law requires it or where children are at risk, which we do immediately.
