Do credits expire?
No. Credits you buy or earn stay in your balance until you use them — including the credits you've already received from a subscription if you cancel it.
What does one credit get me?
One credit generates one design from one photo. Variations (another season, lighting, or style of the same photo) cost one credit each, so you always know the price before you press the button.
Is there a watermark?
Designs made with free credits carry a small watermark. Credits you buy (a pack or a subscription) make watermark-free designs, and 1 purchased credit also removes the watermark from a design you already made. Free credits can't remove watermarks.
Which credits are used first?
Purchased credits are used first, so a design you make right after buying comes without a watermark. Your free credits are used once the purchased ones run out, and designs made with them carry the watermark.
Which is better, a pack or a subscription?
A pack is a one-time purchase — good for a single project. A subscription gives you the lowest price per design and renews each month or year until you cancel it.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Anytime, from “Manage subscription” on the Credits page (it opens Waffo's customer portal), or by emailing us with your order ID. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; credits you've already received stay in your balance.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for purchases on this website are handled according to Waffo's refund policy. Email hello@landscapecraft.ai with your order ID to request one; we reply within 2 business days and approved refunds usually reach you within 5–10 business days. Credits that were already used, free designs and bonus credits are not refundable.
Who processes the payment?
Waffo Pancake is our payment processor and merchant of record. It collects the payment, issues receipts and invoices and handles applicable taxes; we never see your card details. Prices are in USD and taxes are shown at checkout.
Which AI model creates the designs?
Designs are generated by Nano Banana 2 (Google) and GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI), accessed through a third-party AI model API provider. AI output is a visualization, not a construction plan, so check it before you rely on it.
What if a design fails?
The credit goes straight back to your balance. You are never charged for a design you didn't receive.
