Privacy Policy

• Photos and designs: the photos you upload (yards, buildings, rooms, floor plans), the text you enter (additional instructions, object names, custom prompts), your style choices, and the designs generated for you. Uploaded photos are stored in our cloud storage so we can process them and show your results; each file is saved under a random, hard-to-guess web address that is not listed or indexed, but anyone who has the address can open it. Generated designs are stored privately and shown to you through time-limited links; they are kept in your design history until you delete them.
• Device identifier: we do not require an account. Instead, our server gives your browser a random identifier stored in a first-party cookie (lc_did, valid for up to two years). It links your credits, subscription and design history to that browser. We also keep a few small flags in your browser’s local storage (for example, that you have used the tool and which invite code you applied). We do not use browser fingerprinting.
• Network information: your IP address, processed to deliver the Service and to prevent abuse, such as limiting how many free credits can be claimed from one network.
• Email address (optional): if you buy credits or a subscription, or restore your credits on another device, we store the email address you provide so we can send you a sign-in link and match purchases to your device.
• Payment information: when you buy, our payment processor Waffo Pancake collects your payment details. We receive only your order ID, the product, the amount and status, the billing period, and the email address you gave at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data: pages viewed and features used (for example whether an upload or a generation succeeded), browser and device type, collected in server logs and through analytics; daily check-in and invitation records; and the result of the automatic safety check on the text you submit.
• Emails you send us and the details you include.

We do not collect precise location and we do not send marketing email.

• To provide the Service: process your design requests, return AI-generated results, keep your history, and track credits and subscriptions.
• To create share links and embed pages when you ask us to.
• To process payments, deliver credits, handle cancellations and refunds, and answer support requests.
• To keep the Service safe: check the text you submit against our Acceptable Use Policy, apply rate limits and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To understand usage in aggregate and fix errors.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

2.1 No training. We do not use your photos, prompts or designs to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

2.2 Automated safety checks. The text you submit is screened automatically before an image is generated, so a request can be blocked without a person being involved. If you think a request was blocked by mistake, email hello@landscapecraft.ai.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• People you choose to share with. When you create a share link, the before and after images of that design become viewable by anyone who has the link and may appear in link previews on social networks. Share pages are marked “noindex” so search engines are asked not to list them. Nothing is made public unless you create a share link.
• Waffo Pancake, our payment processor and merchant of record, which collects and processes your payment, taxes and invoices under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Waffo Prompt Sift, a content-safety service that checks the text you submit before an image is generated. We do not send your device identifier or IP address with it, and we do not send your photos.
• Our AI model provider, a third-party AI model API provider that runs Nano Banana 2 (Google) and GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI) on our behalf: we send your photo, the text you entered and our style instructions. We do not send your device identifier or IP address. It processes the data under its own policies.
• Hosting and storage providers that store and serve the Service and your images: Alibaba Cloud (image storage, Singapore region), Vercel (website hosting) and our database host.
• Resend, which sends the one-time sign-in emails you request.
• Google Analytics for usage statistics, subject to the consent rules in Section 4.
• Authorities or successors where the law requires it, to report suspected child sexual abuse material or other serious crime, to protect users, or as part of a business transfer.

These providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States and Singapore. We limit what we send them to what they need to do their job. If you click a share button (Pinterest, Facebook, X), you leave our site and that network’s own privacy policy applies.

For analytics we use Google Analytics 4. We do not use advertising or retargeting trackers.

• Photos, designs and history: kept until you delete them. You can remove designs from your history on the My Designs page. To have the underlying image files, your email address or all data linked to your device permanently erased, email hello@landscapecraft.ai and we will process the request within 30 days.
• Share links: work until the design is deleted.
• Payment and subscription records (order ID, billing email, credits granted): kept as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Waffo keeps its own payment records under its own policies.
• Abuse-prevention and safety records (IP addresses, safety-check results): kept for up to 90 days, or longer where needed to investigate fraud or abuse.
• Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics’ retention settings.

Clearing your browser data removes your device identifier from your browser; it does not by itself delete server-side records.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), limit access to production data, verify the signatures of payment notifications, and rate-limit requests. Card data never reaches our servers. No system is completely secure; if an incident affects your rights we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you access to, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You can also ask a person to review an automated safety decision. Email hello@landscapecraft.ai and we will reply within 2 business days and act within 30 days. To find your data we may ask for your order ID or the email address you used, and to verify that the request is yours. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information. If you think we have mishandled your data, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has given us information, email hello@landscapecraft.ai and we will delete it.
